what about warranty?

all meshable watches come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee. this warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. the warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme or improper use. if you believe believe you have a warranty claim, please just contact us. include order number, photos of the suspected issue and a brief description.


do you ship internationally?

yes we do! we are currently working to ensure we can meet our international customers needs. International orders can, at times, take weeks for delivery depending on your countries system of mail. germany and europe is 2-8 days. usa and kanada 3-6 days.

 

customers are responsible for fees that may be charged by their specific country, this includes duties, taxes, and shipping fees. please note that orders that are returned to us due to being unclaimed by the customer or customers refusal to pay extra fees, cannot be fully refunded. also note that we can not take returns on international goods. this is a customs and duties issue that our business is just too small to handle at this time.


I’m outside of germany and europe, why does it take awhile to arrive?

we ship all orders within 1-2 business days, but local delivery to some countries may take up to a month or more to be accepted by customs. so if your order does not arrive on the exact date you expect, please do not be worried. it is most likely going through your countries custom clearance process. if an order is stuck in customs for over 30 days, then please contact us so we can escalate the matter and take additional steps to make sure you receive the items you paid for.


can i exchange or return my watch?

it is our intent to create a great customer experience. any watch sold can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. the watch must be in unworn condition and show no signs of wear. if you need to make a return, please email us ahead of time and send us the unworn watch along with the receipt. you are responsible for getting the watch to us, so be sure to include tracking numbers. we will refund the item cost or replace the item based on it's availability with the same or similar.
